with the coffee, the view
and all the time in the world…
to collect to hold and wear
to give or keep
to touch and smell

weird and wonderful
simple and sweet
goodly, goodly things
to wish for, to take home or save for another day.
and when you’re done gathering and feeling,
trying, smelling and smiling
when you’re ready
with your cotton bag filled with dreams
and tied with a bow…
