Everything on Kleinood Farm, from Tamboerskloof Wines to de Boerin Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Goodly Things by de Boerin, is made slowly, carefully and by hand from truly natural ingredients. This often means that no two items are identical, and we’re quite proud of that.
However, if your purchase is incorrect, damaged, defective or expired, we will happily exchange it or offer you store credit.

I would like to exchange an item.
We are able to exchange non-perishable items or perform a store-credit refund within fourteen days of receiving your order. The item would need to be unopened, unused and in the original packaging. Returns will be at your own cost, alternatively, you may return the product in person. Once we have received the product and inspected it, we will exchange the item or issue you with store credit.
My order is damaged / defective / expired.
We take care to protect the integrity of every product during transport. However, if you have received goods that are damaged, defective or expired, we will collect and exchange the item/s free of charge. Please notify us at shop@kleinood.com, with evidence of the fault, within fourteen days of receiving your order. We are unfortunately not able to refund or exchange items that were not to your personal preference.
I’ve received the wrong items.
If we have, accidentally, sent you an incorrect item, we are very sorry. Please notify us at shop@kleinood.com within fourteen days of receiving your order, and we will collect the incorrect item and replace it with the correct one or provide you with store credit. We are unfortunately not able to refund or exchange items that were not to your personal preference.
How do I return an item?
Contact shop@kleinood.com and we will arrange for a collection. Please note that charges may apply to returns, not at the fault of Kleinood. Alternatively, you can bring it to our tasting room in person.
