winemaking record The grapes were handpicked over three different dates between 19 and 24 degrees balling to obtain the full red fruit spectrum of the grape. The grapes were hand sorted across our sorting tables before being destemmed into an INOX basket press. Juice was settled overnight, where after the clear juice was racked off and 85% of the production was fermented in stainless steel tank and remainder fermented in 300L French oak barrels (5th fill).
winemakers comments Light Salmon coloured Rose with strawberry, tropical fruits kiwi and papaya and subtle spice notes on the nose, followed by fruit punch flavours on the palate. No acidification ensures that this wine offers a rich and balanced mouth-feel. Chill to 13˚C and open 30 minutes prior to serving.
