winemaking record Hand-picked grapes, sorted two times before going into stainless steel fermenters where a combination of modern technology and old-style winemaking techniques take care of designing our unique hand crafted wine. Fermented between 24 and 26˚C for 15 days. The grapes undergo a two day cold soak prior to ferment.

winemakers comments A refined wine showing great complexity of fresh dark cherries and bramble fruit, herbal notes of lavender, fennel, violets, pepper and a tobacco finish. Well-structured and balanced by good acicdity and fine-grained tannins.
